Owners out of pocket expense for female cat $90

Owners out of pocket expense for male cat $70

(this is after the council desexing rebate of $50, which you need to lodge yourself)

Please read carefully, as there are a few steps involved to make sure you receive your entire discount/rebate.

 

Step 1- Fill in the form below to apply for your THAR discount desexing voucher and dont forget to upload a copy of your concession card. To apply for multiple cats, please submit one form for each cat. 

Step 2- Once you have received your voucher via email, call one of the two participating vet clinics on the voucher to book your cat in for his/her desexing procedure

Step 3- On the day of your cats procedure, don’t forget to take your THAR voucher into the clinic and pay the out of pocket expense.

Step 4- Once you have received your desexing certificate from the Vet Clinic, submit it to Fraser Coast Regional Council via their website, for your further $50 rebate.
