Touching Hearts Animal Rescue is a small, volunteer-run, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to giving animals a second chance.

The animals in our care are supported in loving foster homes throughout Southeast Queensland, as well as at our small sanctuary in Tuchekoi, near Gympie. Each animal is given the time, safety and compassion they need to recover from their past and prepare for a brighter future.

We rescue abandoned and neglected animals from local and rural pounds, while also supporting owners who are no longer able to care for their pets. We believe education and early intervention can save lives, which is why we promote responsible pet ownership and provide initiatives such as our discounted cat desexing program on the Fraser Coast and last litter programs across other areas of Southeast Queensland.

Every animal in our care receives the veterinary treatment they need, including desexing, vaccinations and microchipping, before being carefully matched with a loving forever home.
